EnviroVent Appoints New Managing Director

EnviroVent’s distribution director, Andy Makin, has become the company’s new managing director. After being with EnviroVent for eight years in sales director roles, Andy is looking forward to making his mark as the company continues to grow and expand, creating new innovations and jobs across the UK.

He said: “I am extremely excited to be given this opportunity and I am also in a fortunate position where I have worked with a number of experienced colleagues which, in turn, has enabled me to draw upon their ability and knowledge. This wealth of experience and knowledge has helped me to appreciate the challenges that lie ahead whilst looking forward to shaping the future direction of EnviroVent at this exciting time in our industry.”

Andy also added: “EnviroVent has gone from strength to strength, and over the last decade, the company has grown at a rapid pace, winning numerous awards and launching new innovations. All this would not have been possible without the hard work and commitment of each employee, everyone who works at EnviroVent plays an important role that contributes to the continued success of the business in Harrogate and across the UK. I look forward to leading the team and meeting with customers over the coming months to share EnviroVent’s vision for the future.”

Andy takes over from Nick Heaton who has left the company to start a new life with his family in Australia.
