ENVIROVENT LEADS THE WAY WITH CYCLONE FILTERLESS FAN WITH INNOVATIVE NEW FEATURE

EnviroVent, one of the UK’s leading ventilation manufacturers, has added an innovative new Datalogger function as standard, to its Cyclone 8 extractor fan.

The new Datalogger function will help landlords to be able to better monitor fans in residents’ homes, including their running conditions, energy usage and operational life, as well as allowing them to identify any potential issues. It also allows landlords to view the time the unit has spent in trickle, boost and increased humidity modes and monitor the amount of energy used.  Data can be viewed from the past 30 days or 12 months, to enable landlords to make short or long-term comparisons. 
Other additions to the newly designed Cyclone 8 include variable speed control and a market-leading eight-year warranty.  Variable speed controls allow installers to vary the speed of the fan to allow greater control and to reach increased airflows. Its market-leading eight-year extended warranty means the fan is covered for any disrepair or product failure issues within that period.  The Cyclone 8 also has the function to provide the exact running costs and energy usage associated with the fan, should this be required.

The Cyclone 8 Extractor Fan was designed and built specifically with landlords and tenants in mind.  It is suitable for use in any domestic bathroom, kitchen or utility room and can be wall, ceiling, window or duct mounted to meet Part F of Building Regulations. The fan has low energy consumption and is powered by an Ultra Low Watt DC motor, offering low maintenance and whisper quiet running.

The Cyclone 8 Extractor Fan has been specifically designed and future-proofed to meet the requirements for existing and new build homes as whole-dwelling ventilation rates increase.  One of its major innovations is an adjustable trickle rate, which means airflow rates can be adapted to meet the latest Part F Building Regulations, if required, such as for larger properties or those with increased occupancy.
