1. By entering this competition, you are agreeing to the following Terms & Conditions.
2. The competition will start at 7am on the 1st June 2024 and ends on the 14th July 2024 23.59pm. Any entries made after this deadline will not be eligible.
3. A minimum £100 purchase of EnviroVent products must be made at a electrical wholesaler, who stock EnviroVent products and must be made between 7am on the 1st June 2024 and ends on the 14th July 2024 23.59pm.

4. To enter, upload your proof of purchase/invoice to the EnviroVent competition website page https://www.envirovent.com/euro-2024-competition/ and complete all fields on the online form to supply your contact details and Name and location of electrical wholesaler you purchased from. All entries must take place between 7am on the 1st June 2024 and ends on the 14th July 2024 23.59pm.
5. There is no charge for entry.
6. EnviroVent Ltd is running the competition.
7. There is one prize available.
8. The prize consists of:
X1 table football, branded with EnviroVent logo
X1 home nations shirt, either England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland in the size mens S, M, L, XL, 2XL or womens S, M, L, XL or a similar equivalent.
Total prize value – £500.00
9. There is no cash alternative or alternative prize available. The prize is non-refundable and non-transferable. The promoter reserves the right to change the prize or any part of the prize to something of equal or greater value for any reason in its sole discretion. If, for any reason the winner chooses not to claim the prize or any part of the prize, the promoter reserves the right to ask the winner to confirm this in writing and whether or not such confirmation is received, the promoter will be able to retain or dispose of the prize (or part of the prize) at its discretion.
10. If the named prize is unavailable at the time of winner’s announcement, EnviroVent will replace with a similar prize of equal or greater value.
11. Entrants must be over 18 to enter this competition.
12. Open to UK residents only.
13. This competition is not open to EnviroVent employees, their families or any other person or company directly connected with this competition.
14. The draw will take place within 10 working days of the closing date for all entries. Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize. The winning entry will be checked to ensure that the purchase was made at a electrical wholesaler, who stock EnviroVent products and appears on the list of EnviroVent stockists that can be located at https://www.envirovent.com/stockists/
15. The winner must of provided contact details when entering on the webpage. The winner will be contacted via the provided email and telephone number by EnviroVent within 15 working days from the competition ending. The winner must make contact with EnviroVent via email or telephone provided to redeem their prize within 10 days of prize notification. Failure to redeem the prize will result in an alternate winner being selected. Upon contact the winner must confirm their name, address, phone, email and provide EnviroVent with choice of home nations shirt and preferred size.
16. The prize will be supplied within 90 days from the competition closing on 14th July 2024 23.59pm. For delivery of the prize, you may be required to be available at a specified time and date.
17. The winner must comply with any directions given to him or her by the Promoter, prize provider(s) and/or their agents and with all relevant laws, rules and regulations, restrictions and itinerary. Failure to comply with instructions, itineraries, rules, restrictions, requirements, laws and guidelines may result in an invalid entry and/or forfeiture of the prize and an alternate winner being selected.
18. By taking part in the competition you agree to participate in publicity at EnviroVent request if you are the winner of a competition or prize draw. You agree that EnviroVent may in its sole discretion use the winner's (and if applicable their companion's) name and image and their comments relating to the prize and their experience for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid.
19. If you are the winner of a competition or prize draw you agree that EnviroVent may list your name and location on their respective website(s) and may publish or announce your name and location elsewhere as EnviroVent determines in its sole discretion.
20. Information and data ("personal data") which is provided by you when you enter a competition or prize draw, will be held by EnviroVent Ltd. and may be used for the purposes of administering and fulfilling the competition or prize draw. You agree that this includes, without limitation, that we may contact you if there is an issue with the competition. 21. In the event of any fault, mistake, misunderstanding or dispute concerning the correctness or acceptability of any answers given by entrants, or the operation of any part of the competition or prize draw service, networks or systems, the decision of the EnviroVent shall be final.
