Mould Buster Competition - Terms and Conditions
- By entering this competition, you are agreeing to the following Terms & Conditions.
- The competition will start at 09:00am on the 1st February 2025 and ends on the 31st December 2025 at 23:59pm. Any entries made after this deadline will not be eligible.
- No purchase is necessary.
- To enter, play the Mould Buster game on https://mouldbuster.envirovent.com/, complete any level from 1 to 10, submit a score and provide additional contact details of name, telephone and email.
- You may enter online by going to the Website and following the instructions to play the Mould Buster game; up to one (1) entry per household address. There is no charge for entry but internet service provider’s fees may apply when accessing the internet.
- The competition is being run by EnviroVent.
- There are four prizes available, one per prize draw period, as outlined below.
- During the period that this competition is live, there will be 4 prize draws for those who play the Mould Buster game on https://mouldbuster.envirovent.com/, complete any level from 1 to 10, submit a score, they will take place from:
- Prize Draw 1: 09:00am on the 1st February to 23:59pm on the 30th April
- Prize Draw 2: 00:00am on the 1st May to 23:59pm on the 31st July
- Prize Draw 3: 00:00am on the 1st August to 23:59pm on the 31st October
- Prize Draw 4: 00:00am on the 1st November to 23:59pm on the 31st December
Any entries made outside of the above timescales will not be eligible.
- There is one prize available for each prize draw.
- Prize Draw 1: The prize consists of a £200 Amazon Gift Voucher, an EnviroVent water bottle and an EnviroVent note pad with a pen. With a total value of £220.
- Prize Draw 2: The prize consists of a £200 Amazon Gift Voucher, an EnviroVent water bottle and an EnviroVent note pad with a pen. With a total value of £220.
- Prize Draw 3: The prize consists of a £200 Amazon Gift Voucher, an EnviroVent water bottle and an EnviroVent note pad with a pen. With a total value of £220.
- Prize Draw 4: The prize consists of a £200 Amazon Gift Voucher, an EnviroVent water bottle and an EnviroVent note pad with a pen. With a total value of £220.
- No cash alternative. No alternative prize available. Prize is non-transferrable and non-exchangeable. However, the Promoter reserves the right to change the prize or any part of the prize to an alternative of equal or greater value for any reason in its sole discretion including without limitation due to circumstances beyond its control or if any part of the prize becomes unavailable. If for any reason the winner chooses not to take up the prize or any part of the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to ask the winner to confirm this in writing and, whether or not such confirmation is received, the Promoter will be able to retain or dispose of the prize (or part of the prize) at its own discretion.
- If the named prize is unavailable at the time of winner’s announcement, EnviroVent will replace with a similar prize of equal or greater value.
- Entrants must be 18 or over to enter this competition.
- Open to UK residents only.
- These prize draws are not open to EnviroVent employees, their families or any other person or company directly connected with this competition.
- The winner for each prize draw will be decided at random from the list of participants who play the Mould Buster game on https://mouldbuster.envirovent.com/, complete any level from 1 to 10, submit a score to the Mould Buster game. There is no prize for the highest score during any of the prize draws. Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.
- The winner will be contacted via the provided email and telephone number by EnviroVent within 20 working days from the competition ending. The winner must make contact with EnviroVent via email or telephone provided to redeem their prize within 10 days of prize notification. Failure to redeem the prize will result in an alternate winner being selected. Upon contact the winner must confirm their name, address, phone, email. EnviroVent will then provide/schedule delivery of the prize within 20 working days.
- Information and data ("personal data") which is provided by you when you enter a competition or prize draw, will be held by EnviroVent Ltd. and may be used for the purposes of administering and fulfilling the competition or prize draw. You agree that this includes, without limitation, that we may contact you if there is an issue with the competition. Further details of how any personal data will be used are set out below and in EnviroVent’s privacy policy at https://www.envirovent.com/privacy-policy.
- The winner must comply with any directions given to him or her by the Promoter, prize provider(s) and/or their agents and with all relevant laws, rules and regulations, restrictions and itinerary. Failure to comply with instructions, itineraries, rules, restrictions, requirements, laws and guidelines may result in an invalid entry and/or forfeiture of the prize and an alternate winner being selected.
- By taking part in the competition you agree to participate in publicity at EnviroVent request if you are the winner of a competition or prize draw. You agree that EnviroVent may in its sole discretion use the winner's (and if applicable their companion's) name and image and their comments relating to the prize and their experience for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid.
- If you are the winner of a competition or prize draw you agree that EnviroVent may list your name and location on their respective website(s) and may publish or announce your name and location elsewhere as EnviroVent determines in its sole discretion.
- Information and data ("personal data") which is provided by you when you enter a competition or prize draw, will be held by EnviroVent and may be used by for the purposes of administering and fulfilling the competition or prize draw. - In the event of any fault, mistake, misunderstanding or dispute concerning the correctness or acceptability of any answers given by entrants, or the operation of any part of the competition or prize draw service, networks or systems, the decision of the EnviroVent shall be final.
