You must be a permanent UK resident, able to supply 3 years address history. You must be in employment or retired and receive a gross annual income of at least £10,000. You'll need to have a good credit history, a debit or credit card, and a UK bank account. Applications also welcome from retired individuals, in receipt of a private or company pension. Meeting the criteria does not guarantee acceptance.

Subject to finance company approval, our finance offering will cover the cost of your whole home ventilation solution. Finance allows you to spread the cost over 10 months and is the perfect option for those wanting a full whole house ventilation system installed or a sophisticated MVHR system fully installed and commissioned.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to order our ventilation products online. We would need to carry out a survey to ensure the correct system for your property is installed.

The credit application takes approximately three minutes from start to finish, and a decision is typically returned within 10 seconds. The ventilation specialist will carry out the application process once the quote has been accepted by you and identification has been checked.

Yes, a 10% deposit is payable once you have signed up to the finance agreement.

All payments are made by direct debit. The first payment will be taken approximately 30 days after the system has been installed, and every month thereafter for the duration of the agreement.

You have the right to withdraw from the finance agreement without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. If you do so, you must repay the balance for the goods within 30 days.

You have the right to repay the amount you've borrowed early (in full or in part) at any time during the credit agreement.
