After initially working as a Quantity Surveyor, I focused on Specification Sales and have built strong relationships with Architects, Local Authorities, Housing Associations and Contractors. James Garland - Midlands
I have been working for a number of years on the new build specification team for EnviroVent, helping to solve ventilation queries throughout the East and West Midlands regions. I cover a wide range of customers from national house builders, regional house builders, social councils and housing associations. My experience helps to assist with the transitional period from June 2022 building regulations to 2025 Future Homes Standard.

Joe Whiteley - Yorkshire & North East
I have worked at EnviroVent now for over 9 years, the last 6 of these have been selling and specifying our large range of residential ventilation products, both into Electrical Wholesalers and Electrical Contractors on project work. I have moved across to our Newbuild team to grow the EnviroVent name further within this market. I am passionate about specification and always ensure the products I propose meet both the building regulations and the clients expectations, whether that be a small 4 inch dMEV fan or a large plot of MVHR units. Keith Walton
My role is to maintain and develop private and social new build business in the North of Enlgand by means of specification. My core customer base is Social Landlords, Developers, Partnership Developers, Architects, Consultants and M&E Contractors. I have broad knowledge of our industry having worked in residential, commercial and smoke ventilation. I have been with Envirovent for nearly 14 years after joining them in May 2010 and I have held a number of roles in that time. I pride myself on experience and the level of support I offer my clients. My early years on building sites has proved invaluable when giving advise.
